Manufacturing- Vancouver: A local manufacturing company that produces dermatological related products desired a business plan to determine the feasibility of his business and to raise capital. The result of his plan allowed the client to revise his operations and secure funding.

Importing- Kelowna: A well established company that imported and manufactured sports clothing from Malaysia, they became distributors for some companies in the U.S. and Australia. They required a business plan and additional operating capital to increase their production; they successfully raised capital and were able to fund production in their busiest season ever.

Environmental Engineering- Richmond: The client owned an environmental consulting firm that received an unsolicited offer to purchase, and ultimately merge, separate businesses. The client requested market information concerning valuation scenarios; upon our findings he determined the offer was below market value, and declined.

- Retail Site Location- Vancouver: A start up aesthetician salon desired a feasibility study and site location analysis, which resulted in ideal locations such as Coal Harbor and Yale Town.
- Software- Vancouver: Focused on an existing software company that required a business plan to obtain financing in order to launch their products on a worldwide scale and to fund further research and development.
- Forest Industry- Interior, BC: Our client operated a land development and logging company that required a business plan in order gain funds to purchase a large piece of property; the funds were successful, the operation has been self-sufficient since then.
- Consulting: A group of senior legal and insurance industry professionals had developed a unique business concept in the risk management field; they desired an opportunity assessment to determine the feasibility of the concept as well as guidance in developing a communal vision.
- Alternative Energy/ Service: A start-up environmentally responsible carwash company powered by hydrogen required a business plan and assistance in business development. The company began construction of the first location in September 2005 and is franchising the concept across Canada.
